Now with 2.074.1 release, the old backend license text is gone, but the license
in the root directory is still ancient.
The file is, perhaps:
https://github.com/dlang/installer/blob/master/create_dmd_release/extras/all/dmd2/license.txt
It even talks about GPL for front-end which was abandoned a few years ago.
