RAD Debugger:

It's still in alpha state, but I've succesfully used it twice for
my D code on Windows so far, to find a null dereference and a
write to immutable memory. That's not much usage yet, but the
experience so far has been excellent, so it's also worth
mentioning. I can't wait for them to expand to linux/DWARF debug
info.
