Copy the sc.ini file you have in your bin folder from dmd and copy it to
C:\D\DSciTE\dmd\bin

Bud is telling you that it was expecting "sc.ini" to be in one of the
folders ...
.\
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator
C:\D\DSciTE\dmd\bin\
but sc.ini is not in any of these places.
Which location DO you actually have sc.ini in?
