Article about Ranges

Months ago I read an Andrei article explaining why Ranges 
(comparing with C++). I remember article introduction included a 
python "false" quick-sort algorithm.

I'm really interested in a more detailed read of the article, but 
I can't find it.  If some one can post the link :-)
