I've also been looking for `good GUI`. Now, I just find `WTL`. I don't like `QT`. It's too big. I don't like `LGPL`. You can't link statically. If you want to bind, I think `wxwidget` is good.`Sciter's` problem is that it doesn't open source. Their binding(`wx/sciter`) is `out of date`.
There is also a `beamui`.
