writeln("Hello World!"[x.indexOf("e")..x.indexOf("r")]);

indexOf()is just a simple example, not the goal. I want handle 
literal inside [] like it bellow, but in literal:

string x = "Hello World!";
writeln(x[x.indexOf("e")..x.indexOf("r")]);
