You might need to add -lgphobos or -lgphobos2 or whatever it is 
called too explicitly.

   gdc -v -o ppinsta ppinsta.o parser.o

It says

   
[...]gcc-12.1/bin/../libexec/gcc/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/12.1.0/collect2 \
   [...]ppinsta.o parser.o -Bstatic -lgphobos [...]
