TypeInfo_Class getMembers() and offTi()

Do the getMembers() and offTi() functions of TypeInfo_Class already 
work? If yes who generates the information for them, or do I have to do 
that manually with a template? Are there any examples on this? I 
couldn't find anything in the documentation.
