Split class declaration and definition

Is possible to somehow split class declaration and definition.

I mean something like this:

class C
{
    void hello(); // just prototype
}

class C
{
    void hello()
    {
        //actual code
    }
}

or something like this
void C.hello() {
    //actual code
}
