No. You can do a lot of computation in Python in 10ms. Using Python over C++/Go affects the number of instances, not the performance.
You don't handle one request at the time, so if you use Python you handle fewer concurrent requests than in Go. That is the only difference unless you are doing something real time (like a game server).
