I was under the impression that VisualD worked with "express" versions
of Visual Studio, which are free.
It works with free Visual Studio _Shell_. The so-called integrated
version of it.
Express versions are specifically non-extandable in any way. So If you
need both C# and C++ express then you'd have to have 2 independent
setups of VS.
