missing link to .mobi file

I'd like to download a e-reader file on my Android tablet. But 
the .mobi file seems to be missing...

On http://dlang.org/download.html, in the "Documentation 
Downloads" section, there's a link called "D Programming Language 
Specification 2.0 ebook". Following the link 
(http://digitalmars.com/d/2.0/dlangspec.mobi) redirects to 
http://dlang.org/dlangspec.mobi, which generates a "404 Not 
Found" error: "The requested URL /dlangspec.mobi was not found on 
this server."

By the way, it looks like I'm not the first person to report this 
problem...
