"htmldoc" converts html files into pdf, generating a toc. In this sample I've removed original toc and "htmldoc" generated a toc with 2 levels. http://d-packages.googlecode.com/files/dlangspec.pdf Unfortunately "htmldoc" do not support css. -- Jordi Sayol
