Ah. Now that makes sense.

Suppose we do scrap std.numeric as it is, and find new homes for the
contents that can be salvaged (I sorta like 1100110's suggestion of
std.type.halffloat, std.type.bigint, etc). What would you want in a
refurbished std.numeric?
