I take the honor to report that D has recently passed a
significant milestone, issue 10_000 was opened in Bugzilla:

I invite everybody to not just patch around the problems you see
in your D code, but to reduce and report the issues, especially
the significant ones that affect everyone or the ones that cause
wrong results silently. So Kenji Hara and others can remove them
in no time. Onward to 15_000 issues! It's not easy, but working
together we'll reach that.
