Quite often bug reports need to be reviewed before being closed. (At least for dmd) > Anyways, why keep using Bugzilla instead of GitHub issues? Last I checked github issues still can't do some basic things like moving bugs between components, you can find lists online. I'm sure they will improve this in the future...
