Are you using VS2012 shell? I was experiencing the same problem, that is a bug in the shell installer.
The newer Visual D installers fix this problem, the latest is currently http://www.dsource.org/projects/visuald/browser/downloads/VisualD-v0.3.37rc4.exe
If you try to use mago as the debugger: it does not (yet) support x64, you have to switch to the VS debugger.
