Can someone please elucidate me about what causes the forum 
threads to break? I responded in this thread and now it says I am 
the thread starter, and H. S. Teoh's reply to himself broke the 
thread into two. I haven't checked if the NNTP interface shows 
the threads as broken into two, or if it is just the web 
interface.
