DMD 2.065 release

As I see new version of DMD has been released. I didn't 
understand is it beta or stable release? And also it will be good 
do get info about changes in this release, because page 
http://dlang.org/changelog.html still contains last info about 
DMD 2.064. I would be glad if someone posted a new version of 
changelog.
