Good distinction. I guess close as FIXED would be the only
possibility. But I also think closing duplicates and invalids
is valuable.

If there's any reasonable guesstimate about the relative ratios,
like on average for every 5 FIXED, there's 3 DUPE, and 7 INVALID,
then you could structure the offer with that assumption. $250 for
15 closed of which at least 5 are FIXED.
