All three use an e-mail or user name, but none can be the same apparently.
This is not the case. Maybe you just had accounts at the other sites already?
Of course, you could also be hitting some strange bug. In that case, the best thing to do would be to contact the respective admins (issues.dlang.org: Brad Roberts, code.dlang.org: Sönke Ludwig) to try and figure out what is going on.
