Hrm.. what? I can't make out what you're asking for.
If you're looking for total open pulls, that data is pretty easy to
see via github. There's a lot. Broken down by person is also a lot
of data. I'm trying to avoid focusing on the negatives (or what could
be perceived as..) or on just walls of data.
I wrote this before my first coffee, sorry. But you got it right, the
total number of open PR. I wouldn't consider that negative, that person
maybe only has more difficult PRs open.
Yeah, that's a pretty large wall of data. But, it's available already with nice convenient links
over on github, at least on a per repository basis:
