I don't know why it did not copy DFL src to /import folder automatically
when execute makelib2.bat.So maybe I wrongly copied old DFL src to
/import by hand.

No problem. Both makelib and my makelib2 only build DFL. It's the DFL
installer that copies it to the /import folder. I only made makelib2 in
order to support DMD new directory structure. Makelib has now been updated
and produces smaller lib files to boot.
