Major version numbers are actually in the letter so we should go to E1.
there was E language too: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amiga_E
with only 26 letters it's hard to be original. i'm voting for using
Japan or Chineese hieroglyphs, as there are plenty of them.

For Japanese it would be "ディ" which is pronounced the same as the name of the letter D.
