Pretty much yes. It is a bit obsolete here and there but it does
not have any speculation, only actual design intentions.
As I've pointed out before "multiple alias this" was
implemented in Self, then removed because it was considered
confusing and not useful. "lazy" was implemented in Algol and
then shunned in just about all languages that followed. Time
for D to learn from history...
