GSoC 2015 application

We lost a big opportunity last year, so let's be better prepared 
this time.
Application for organizations starts in 6 weeks on Feb 9, 
deadline is Feb 20.

Any volunteer for managing the application?
There is a wiki page as a starting point

The ideas need to be prioritized, we need to organize mentors, 
attract students and write a compelling application.
