I expect 2.068 to be the first version of D really "usable"
without the GC if we get std.allocator/@nogc smartpointers/etc,
but I might just be sticking my foot in my mouth right now. : )
Unfortunately, I doubt @nogc exception support will be ready for
2.068 (there isn't even any plans for it at the moment), and
@nogc is still unusable until that's taken care of.
