This is quite disappointing, I'd prefer spam from this forum
rather than from elsewhere.
There is no way around this if you want your message to reach
NNTP and mailing list users, which are about half of the posters
here. The relevant protocols require a valid-looking email
address in the "From" header. As the help text says, the address
doesn't need to be actually valid.
