Navigation menu not responding on Android

[DlangLearner via Digitalmars-d]

When I browse D home page http://dlang.org/ on my Android 
cellphone, the navigation menu on top left dosn't respond to a 
click. If more clicks are applied, even the icon with the menu is 
gone. I tried few browsers but none of them can retrieve a 
workable navigation menu. Anyone else has the same problem?
