I know two groups who use it... and I kinda hate it. One of the
users is a part-time client of mine, and I have the constant
problem of missing messages, or seeing it one day, but since it
is part-time, I don't get back to that job for several days...
and go back and it says "you have more messages but are hidden"
so I can't review what was said!
I just find it really, really difficult to use and don't
understand its popularity at all.
