Given people are preparing proposals for DConf, preparing proposals for
ACCU 2016 will be easy.
Regarding publicity, it will be beneficial if we could get D books
featured among ACCU book reviews. Astrid Byro posted Programming in D
for review but I don't think there were any takers (the following link

Perhaps you can influence some people at ACCU to review that and other D
books. :)
