It's Linux/ARM, so yes, both GDC and LDC can target it.
FYI I have a Raspberry Pi 2 with Debian jessie installed and I
got a gdc 4.9.2 version out of standard repositories. For the
latest DUB version a precompiled ARM binary is provided which
runs nicely on my raspberry.
