Thanks, I love this one. So one might infer that the "engagement 
level" was steady until the middle of 2012, then a slight drop in 
last half of 2012 and then a rather steep jump at the beginning 
of 2013. Since then there has been no change. Is that reasonable?

And what happend in the beginning of 2013?
