Is anyone in a position to get Dub as a Debian and Fedora package?

I am not meaning d-apt here for Debian, but actually in the Debian
repository.

D implemented projects are at a huge disadvantage compared to Go and
Rust because the preferred package manager and build tool is not in the
various distributions.

Using SCons or CMake doesn't really cut it for getting the
dependencies, at least not without replicating the functionality of
dub.

Given that go and cargo are in the Debian repository and go is in the
Fedora one (Rust hasn't made it yet), Go, C++, Python, and Vala are
still the only real choices of programming language for creating
applications destined for the Debian and Fedora distributions.
