Well, that makes all benchmarks pointless. C++ would win every single one, because you are then benchmarking everything C provides, plus everything C++ performance libraries provides, plus OpenMP.

C++ would destroy the competition on almost any performance benchmark implemented by a group of competent C++ programmers.
