Condition is that you have your primary residence in Germany.
Since we have some germans in our community this might be
interesting.
It reminds me of the Google Summer of Code. You need to have a
project idea. The topics are digital tools for citizens, data
literacy, data security, software infrastructure.
If you or someone else has time, he should definitely prepare an
application! For a start we need to convince them that the
proposed project has an immense effect as in it "will make the
world a better place". So projects that will have a huge user
base like e.g. Ilya's generic Blas qualify for this. Has anyone
better ideas?
