It's not easy to make a true URI implementation, by "true" I mean
"conform" with https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3986.
But for the URL subset there's url.d: https://code.dlang.org/packages/urld.
Yeah the spec is quite nasty.
Luckily nobody uses Gopher anymore!
