I guess the &&s there don't make sense. Maybe with a semicolon 
delimeter instead.

with (std.range : isInputRange, isOutputRange; std.stdio : 
writeln; std.algorithm)
if (isInputRange!R1 && isInputRange!R2)
{ ... }
