best bet is probably freelancing and/or starting your own company.
There's just far too little companies using D, more even allowing
you to work remotely.
You could take a look at this list and perhaps send in your job
application, resume etc. and perhaps they might hire you for
remote work, but honestly it's a shot in the sky.
