In my opinion, if you are a beginner programmer I'd go with Ali's. If intermediate, I would suggest Learning D by Mike Parker. And if you want some cool idioms and advanced techniques, I'd go with Adam Ruppe's book.
Hope the authors agree with my assessment :) They are all good in their own way.
