It's not true, despite what Mike said earlier.
I didn't say it's impossible to delete messages from the NNTP
server. What I said was, "it wouldn't be something that could
be synced across the other interfaces", and that absolutely is
true. If you download a newsgroup message from the server
before it's deleted, you've still got that message locally. The
same holds for those using the mailing list interface.
Yes, I was only talking about your statements about there not
being a moderator and implying forum posts couldn't be deleted,
as should be clear from the rest of what I wrote.
