There been discussions regarding spiting up the destruction
and finalizers.
I can't find the thread (it's a couple years old at this
point, I think), but Andrei once proposed removing class
destructors and met very heavy resistance so he dropped it.
Removing it is not the same thing as spiting them up.
I meant it as an addendum
