No, Megadeth was found in 1983 - Mustaine was kicked out of Metallica before they recorded their first album.
(Don't like Metallica though.. neither the pop stuff of the Black Album nor the older slightly better stuff like Master of Puppets.. I guess I just don't like Hetfields singing voice)
