Similar to what I did in C++ then. Gotcha.

I never pretended I had overcome the problem of the lack of runtime
reflection. Without better runtime reflection, we're limited in many
ways just like C++ is.

After some thought, I think we should confine the charter of the current library like this:

* Transport only transports untyped bits

* Formatter only formats primitive types

We will build more sophisticated superstructure on top of these, but let's not embellish Formatter too much right now.
