I guess most people posting to the bugzilla feed do this because
http://www.digitalmars.com/NewsGroup.html is your first contact with the
list and the description does not make it clear that you should use
bugzilla directly instead.
btw: the forum links in the navigation bar point to archives, not the
live newsgroups.

Pull request being »mirrored« as issues is only a service to projects which use
the issue tracker at Github. If the
issue tracking feature is disabled, they can still be managed from the »Pull
Request« tab.

I could do something for the few people that read via the mailing list gateway,
probably, but have no access to the news
server (nor the experience to know what to do, though I'm sure google could
solve that).
