What exactly needs to be done at this point to make it so that d-programming-
language.org can be the offical site? Are there still a lot of things that
need to be ironed out, or can we be moving towards making it the main site?

We're really getting there. Once the site is done, Walter will redirect
the bulk of the traffic from digitalmars.com to d-programming-language.org.
