Please don't involve twitter on the newsgroups. If I wanted to follow D
on twitter, I'd sign up for a twitter account.
The only issue is that we need to copy the same announcement to the
group and twitter. But then announcements aren't that frequent. I wish
announcement frequency would become a scaling issue :o).
