I could take a crack at it, although if you're going to do
that, why not move the issue tracking to Github as well and
take advantage of the integration?
The advantages (automatic links*, and closing issues with commit
messages) aren't that great compared to the disadvantages
(minimalistic featureset, splitting bug reports between two
sites, issue number collisions and other migration woes).
