Hello Paul,

I propose for all the Olivia and Olivia derived modes, as you need only one 
mark to tune precisely the transmission and as Mixw and Multipsk dispose of 
3 cursors (lower, middle and upper) to define the transmission in this way:
* Olivia: upper and lower limits,
* Contestia: only one at the upper limit,
* RTTYM: only one at the middle position,
* Pax and Pax2 (Pax2 in test at the present time): only one at the lower 
limit.
