WinWarbler can generate CW in software, via a WinKey interface like
MicroHam's MicroKeyer, or via an external modem like the KAM or PK232. CW
decoding requires an external modem.
WinWarbler also includes a phone voice keyer, as well as support for PSK31,
PSK63, and RTTY. A common user interface and macro facility are used with
all supported modes.

MixW does a good job, so does Hamcope. Ham radio Deluxe "may" add CW
capability later this year. I think Winwarbler may do CW these days, not
sure.
